Job Description :
We are seeking a Sr. Water Resources Engineer to lead and coordinate engineering design services related to hydrology, hydraulics, drainage, stormwater management, water quality retrofits, and stream restoration / mitigation. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, preparing design plans and construction documents, managing project permitting, and overseeing construction management efforts.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
7–10 years of experience in H&H, drainage design, stormwater management, and / or stream restoration design, plans, and specifications.
Knowledge of Maryland stormwater regulations.
Technical expertise in MicroStation or AutoCAD, TR-20, TR-55, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and GIS-based modeling tools.
Experience in PCSWMM a plus
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
