Members of our team are expected to have an above average knowledge of beer, wine & spirits, as well as be comfortable with menu memorization and regular communication with the team on inventory, customer service, and special promotions. Outside study will be required and daily teachings of craft, construction, structure, technique and history can be expected. All applicants should have: * A genuine passion and knowledge for food and drink * Prior knowledge and hands-on experience with an elevated culinary program or a passion to learn one * Prior knowledge and hands-on experience with a cocktail and wine program a must * Ability to memorize 30 cocktails and carry out specs and aesthetics as outlined by bar program/bar director * The ability to prepare all drink orders to high standards * Strong beer & wine knowledge is preferred * A work ethic where a challenge that includes outside studying and in-house testing as part of the job * A work ethic were a understanding of consistency and its importance are always on the forefront * Good memorization skills - the ability to learn menu details and provide the information about our products eloquently to our guests is absolutely essential * Build out detailed cocktails while maintaining relationships with bar guests * A habit of working cleanly and experience with break down and set up and general cleaning of stations * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism with patience and focus under pressure * Team player with great communication skills w
