Description
As a Retail Solution Architect, you will utilize your expertise in solutions architecture to support software implementation projects. You will work closely with clients to evaluate current business processes and define the necessary resources to deploy and support a solution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consult with clients to determine the gap between their expectations of the SAP solution and the actual fit of the solution into the existing systems landscape.
2. Partner with the client's technical team to integrate the existing internal system with the proposed SAP system.
3. Analyze and validate the clients' business and IT requirements by considering applicable business strategy and business drivers, relevant industry trends, key pain points, challenges, and priorities.
4. Apply highly technical SAP product and industry knowledge to guide the client toward the appropriate business solution.
5. Work strategically to improve integration and application development process through reuse of integrations, solutions architecture, and consistent processes.
6. Oversees technical system integration and program-level integration testing.
7. Provides maintenance planning and technical road-mapping for Rizing Consumer Industries internal SAP systems.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 10 years supporting SAP solutions in a functional or technical capacity.
3. Minimum of 3 years in Consumer Industries, IT Solutions, or Consulting.
4. Minimum of 3 years in a functional or technical leadership capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Certification in specific subject area.
2. Master's degree.
3. SAP Functional and/or Technical Solution Certification.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
1. Expert knowledge in specific industry and area of expertise to include how SAP software is used in the client's business environment and how the SAP Solution will enhance the overall business and technical processes.
2. Expert understanding of SAP business processes, strong configuration, design, and development.
3. Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
4. Ability to understand and follow the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to project and company goals.
5. Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients to build relationships.
