Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. Responsible for following the policies and procedures set forth by Rizon Homes in accordance with the Minnesota State Laws while performing the duties of a House Supervisor and will assure the quality of services provided to the individuals that we serve.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for training new employees at the house and helping employees when necessary. This includes training on Rizon Homes policy and procedures and clients individual plans.
- Responsible for working closely with the Nurse to ensure that all employees are in compliance. Report to Nurse any incident that an individual may have, including filling out any necessary paperwork. Pass medications and record all doctor’s orders. Ensure staff have signed off on all med sheets.
- Attend all meetings and trainings for the house. Attend all individual’s meetings for your house.
- Create bi-weekly schedules/review timesheets for payroll
- Assist individuals with any financial needs, including balancing their checkbook, tracking cash and program money.
- Charting/Menus/Activity schedule
- Assist with medical appointments
- Provide transportation for appointments/activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisor role for group homes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead by example and inspire team members towards achieving common goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $22.50 per hour
