Scope Of Position
- Assist with basic IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Help set up and configure computers, printers, and other office equipment.
- Provide technical assistance to employees via phone, email, and in-person support.
- Assist with inventory management of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and user guides.
- Participate in special IT projects as assigned, such as system upgrades or migrations.
- Assist IT staff with relocation to a new building within the existing business park.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company IT security policies.
- Interest in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and general IT concepts (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to assist users with technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work in office 32-40 hours per week.
