- Must have your own tools
- Strong customer service skills—this is a must
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and installing:
- Water heaters
- Fixtures & faucets
- Drainage & water piping
- Must be clean, punctual, and professional in customers' homes
- Committed to safety and quality on every job
- Valid, clean Florida driver’s license
- Must be 21 to meet insurance requirements
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
