The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive . Pay depends on experience but willing to train. Drivers license a must. Must be Drug free. This is a great opportunity for a job that pintails very little labor. Must be able to talk to customers and depending on experience oversee the job make sure my subcontractors are preforming to my standards and understand the scope of work being performed. This job requires a lot of driving at times going to local lumber yards and stock yard to retrieve materials if need or if job runs short on stock. At times there will be a lot of down time sitting on the job in or out of the truck until it is time to walk around to make sure everything is running smoothly. I will train the right person must have commonsense and be willing to learn . Company phone provided and company truck provided. The trucks come gps equipped to track hours. understanding of roofing and siding install, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Main and most important part of this job is to supervise my crew. Talk to customers as needed answer there questions. communicate with me. Get stock when needed. This is a very easy job opportunity with the opportunity to do some small roof and siding repairs, with the opportunity to make a little extra money on top of weekly pay. no experience must be willing to learn.

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal, or tiles.If hired as Repair Technician
• Install siding and roofing materials including vinyl, wood, or fiber cement with precision. If hired as supervisor/Repair technician
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for roofing and siding projects.
• Perform inspections to identify issues with existing roofs or siding and recommend appropriate solutions. If hired as Repair and maintenance technician
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in the completion of tasks.If hired as a repair technician
• Execute caulking, and other maintenance person duties as needed. If hired as experienced supervisor/repair technician
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Roofing and Siding Contractor or in a related field such as carpentry or masonry.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing and siding work.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Compensation Package:

• Bonus opportunities

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
