What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at RJ Sport and Cycle?
Our company is seeking a Sales Associate to help with our retail store. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, detail oriented person with experience in retail selling. The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships and working within a small team environment. The primary responsibility will be creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers, and the successful candidate will have strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
Our product we sell is, Honda, Yamaha, Arctic Cat, Lund, Crestliner, Bennington, Viaggio Pontoons, and Mercury outboards.
Our work week is as follows, Monday thru Friday 8:30 till 5:30, Saturday 8:30 till 3:00. We require 5 days a week out of the 6 days we are open. If a Saturday is to be worked then a day off will be scheduled for one day during the week.
Pay listed is based off of an estimate. The structure is a base salary with commission, so the amount to be made is based on how much is sold.
