Title : Business Development / Sales Associate (or paid internship)
Location : Nanuet, NY with local travel required (up to 50% of the time)
Salary : $25.00 per hour (some flex with experience) Commission ($ for qualified leads / meetings / new business)
Benefits : Mileage Reimbursement for sales travel (offered during temporary period), 100% Company Paid United Health Plan and Paid Time Off (offered once converted to permanent)
Work Schedule : M-F 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm (full-time on-site with potential for hybrid over time)

Responsibilities :
- High volume outbound phone sales (50-75 touches per day) to prospective businesses looking to hire
- High volume field sales (25-50 touches per week) to prospective businesses looking to hire
- Tee up qualified leads to Sales Manager to assist in closing new business
- Learn the ins and outs of Staffing / Recruiting value propositions, contract terms, rates, hiring programs, etc. to overview services to businesses looking to hire
- Utilize extensive CRM (Client Relationship Management) database to solicit staffing and recruiting services
- Update, clean, and maintain CRM database to ensure uniform entry of critical contact information and data to maximize ease of future and ongoing client / prospect contact
- Researching job boards, community news pages, and other sources to identify new prospective businesses who may be looking to hire
- Assemble promotional and marketing gifts drops under direction of Sales Manager
- Increasingly move toward greater level of autonomy in sales process leading toward larger commissions and introduction of recruitment / talent acquisition training and additional earning potential
