- Develop and execute Policy Deployment action plans & countermeasures as assigned.
- Manage and execute all aspects of business development from customer engagement, contracts review, proposal development, road mapping, and financial capacity forecasting.
- Identify and respond to RFPs from defense primes for new and continuing program opportunities.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10 years of industry experience in business development, and technical sales in the defense industries, successfully leading sales initiatives and projects.
- Strong business modeling and strategy skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
