Rapidly growing Insurance Agency leading, national, direct seller and writer of surety bonds, fidelity bonds and insurance products for a wide range of professionals and industries is in search of Client Services Representative to join their outbound team. This role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while actively promoting and selling insurance products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. Hours are Monday - Friday 8 : 30am 5 : 30pm with an hour lunch. Salary of $50k annually bonus, salary increase, and promotion after 1 year. Company offers 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, employee discount, life insurance, PTO, and vision insurance and covers 75% of premiums.
Responsibilities :
- Assist customer with online transactions
- Input client notes following email and calls with client into CRM
- Nurture client relationships and build rapport with new clients
- Outbound calls to incoming applications.
- Consistent follow up on client calls, emails, inquires, requests, timely and accurately
- Assist customers with online applications and online payments
- Follow up on online quotes to inform customers of the benefits of our products and pricing
- Complete sales transactions and processing of payments
- Practice customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team
- Retains up to date knowledge of company products
- Performs additional duties as required and or requested Requirements :
- B.A or B.S
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
