Growing family-owned insurance agency in business for over 85 years is in search of an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager / Customer Service Representative. Company provides property and casualty (auto, home and business) insurance. This role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Hours are Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm. This position is onsite for training for 3-6 months and then goes to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite and 2 days remote). Salary depends on experience, and bonus is available. Company offers health insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO.
Responsibilities :
- Assist customer with online transactions
- Independently market / quote new business and account renewals
- Understand commercial lines coverage(s), policy forms, and documentation
- Input client notes following emails and calls with client into CRM
- Nurture client relationships and build rapport with new clients
- Answer inbound service calls and make outbound service calls
- Consistent, timely, and accurate follow up on client calls, emails, inquires, and requests
- Assist customers with online applications and online payments
- Follow up on online quotes to inform customers of the benefits of our products and pricing
- Complete sales transactions and processing of payments
- Practice customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team
Qualifications :
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
