Quality Control Inspector Role
This full-time position as a Quality Control Inspector offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for advancement within the company. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming raw materials and sub-assemblies meet our quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct material receipt, in-process, and final inspections in accordance with standard and project-specific inspection and test plans.
- Record results from quality control inspections and tests.
- Review documentation including but not limited to shop drawings, project and standard specifications, codes, personnel qualifications, process control procedures, material test reports, and subcontractor quality control records.
Requirements and Qualifications
- (2) years' experience in the steel fabrication industry or equivalent.
- Prior welding inspection experience preferred.
- AWS QC1 certification desirable.
