Summary/Objectives
The Selling Sales Manager has the responsibility of selling products that RJ Young has to offer as well as managing sales representatives in defined accounts and territories. They will foster relationships with customers to provide value with our products and services.
Essential Functions

- Manage a team of sales representatives and sell in defined accounts
- Attain team quotas set with acceptable profitability
- Assist with sales and competitive strategies within accounts
- Develop and present proposals for qualified prospects
- Plan daily and weekly activities to maximize time usage with current as well as potential accounts
- Initiate surveys and interviews of accounts to determine feasibility and program potential
- Conduct sales team meetings and training on a weekly basis
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This individual will be in an office setting.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Occasional after hours and travel necessary for meetings.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma.
Bachelor's degree.
Previous sales experience in business or technology solutions required.
Preferred Education and Experience
Previous sales experience management.
