RJL Solutions is looking for a Website & Graphic Designer to join our growing company. If you have at least 5 years of experience and are ready to bring your creativity and expertise to a high-performing, innovative marketing team, we want to hear from you.

As a Website & Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping digital experiences and brand identities. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong web design and graphic design skills, supporting branding, marketing, and digital initiatives. This role requires :

Expertise in UX / UI design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to take projects from concept to completion

Responsibilities

Work directly with clients and manage projects from concept to completion.

Design and develop stunning, user-friendly websites with performance and functionality in mind.

Create cohesive branding and messaging by collaborating with the marketing team.

Translate concepts into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.

Apply UX / UI best practices to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.

Design graphics for marketing materials, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral.

Stay ahead of industry trends to keep designs fresh, innovative, and competitive.

Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience, with significant experience in website design.

Strong portfolio showcasing website design and graphic design projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign).

Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field preferred.

Previous agency experience preferred.
