BUSINESS ANALYST – WEBSITE & MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT - REMOTE
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a contract position focused on website and mobile app development within the lottery domain. This role requires a deep understanding of Drupal CMS implementation and maintenance, as well as CRM campaign development. The Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering and documenting requirements, supporting product owners, and working closely with development teams in an Agile / Scrum environment.
What You'll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and system design specifications.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories for Agile sprints.
- Assist product owners in defining and prioritizing product roadmaps, release planning, and backlog refinement.
- Support critical user journeys, use cases, workflows, and business processes to align with product vision and goals.
- Collaborate with UI / UX teams on wireframes, user flows, and visual design comps.
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and timely delivery of product releases.
- Perform and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate test cases and scenarios.
- Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies to communicate requirements and assist in backlog grooming.
- Create actionable insights from user research and testing to inform product development.
- Support test events in integration and system test environments.
