Our client is a leading building materials manufacturer. They are looking for a dedicated Regional Sales Leader for the NY / NJ market. This is an individual contributor remote position residing in the NY / NJ area. Positions will be remotely based (home and travel within the NY / NJ region)
What you get to do :
- Lead the promotion of building envelope products, such as below-grade waterproofing and air / vapor barriers.
- Cultivate new relationships and leverage existing ones with specifiers (Architects, Engineers, Building Owners, Building Consultants), Contractors / Applicators, Distributors and all others involved in purchasing decisions, writing specifications, bidding out commercial construction projects and awarding projects
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with specifiers (including Architects, Engineers, Building Owners, and Building Consultants), Contractors / Applicators, Distributors, and all other stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions, drafting specifications, bidding for commercial construction projects, and awarding contracts.
- Develop a long-term position for the waterproofing products in this market segment.
- Demonstrating the effectiveness of our client’s pre-applied and post-applied waterproofing technology to targets in the waterproofing market
- Effectively manage territory by prioritizing meetings and target opportunities
- Present a compelling product value proposition for our client Building Envelope products over competition based on price, quality, innovation, service and other factors
- Collaborate with our client roofing product teams, Marketing, Product Management, Warranty Services, Operations and other groups
