What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech position at RJO Consulting, Inc.?
Direct hire for an industrial maintenance technician in Hazleton, PA.
Choice of 12 hour shifts (1st shift - there is also night shift positions as well). Hourly pay rate is $35. Quarterly bonus and $5000 sign on bonus. $2 per hour shift differential for the night shift positions.
- Repair and maintain electro-mechanical equipment.
- Perform emergency breakdown and specialist maintenance support
- Handle set up and calibration of precision automation equipment
- Provide experience and expertise in the installation of conveyor and precision automation equipment
- Execute site quality procedures, safety procedures, and any statutory procedures
- Be safety conscious in all activities, demonstrate a track record of owning problems and promote successful completion of the tasks
- Preferred maintenance experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.
- Knowledge in industrial computerized controls, PLC’s, variable speed drives, level sensors, limit switches, pressure switches, proximity sensors, photo-electric sensors, motors.
- Maximizes equipment reliability by effectively performing assigned work orders and PMs.
