What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at RJS Associates Inc.?
Well established OEM client with strong stability and growth looking for a Operations Leader who can provide guidance for a 45 employee manufacturing company that makes electromechanical components.
Responsible for the planning, directing and coordination of operations. Responsible for order delivery commitment, improving output performance, productivity, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies that impact the quality and on-time delivery of production operations shipment. Reviews and distributes production work, provides direction of shipment schedules and confers with department managers to determine progress of work and completion dates. Reports on production status, inventory levels, and production problems including unusual conditions in production, production support, and personnel areas potentially leading to inability to meet production schedules.
Looking for a manager who is:
- Focused on continuous process improvement.
- Has ISO and/or AS9100 experience
- Understands building materials, cost evaluation, margins, etc.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree ideal and previous history working in manufacturing setting. Must be a US Citizen or Green card, no sponsorship.
