Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with all regulations. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Duties

• Lead project planning sessions to define scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera for project tracking.
• Oversee the construction site to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Manage project scheduling using tools like Bluebeam to facilitate efficient workflows.
• Review contracts and negotiate terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality of work and compliance with specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates, issues, and resolutions.

Skills

• Proficient in construction estimating techniques and methodologies.
• Strong project coordination abilities with a focus on detail-oriented execution.
• Familiarity with construction management software (ProCore, Primavera) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of blueprints and technical drawings for effective project oversight.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
