- Oversee the construction site to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Manage project scheduling using tools like Bluebeam to facilitate efficient workflows.
- Review contracts and negotiate terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality of work and compliance with specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates, issues, and resolutions.
