What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Fullfilment Packer 2nd shift M-F 4PM-12:30AM position at RJW Logistics?
Job Purpose: This position is responsible for the oversight and production flow of multiple projects. Ability to quickly identify waste with keeping a lean mentality while also hitting production goals is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and surpass production goals.
- Monitor beginning to end production of project.
- Responsible for successful flow of production.
- Communicating end of day production to Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training in co-pack or warehouse environment in Lead role.
- Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database is preferred.
Education and/or Experience Required:
- GED or H.S. Diploma
- College experience or degree is a plus.
Language Skills Sets:
- English Written / Oral is required.
- Spanish Written / Oral is a plus, but not required.
