Schedule/Shift: Monday - Friday / 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM ($20/hr)
Job Purpose: The Co-Pack Associate 1 position will be the primary labor to completing all Co-Packing projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assembling various products and displays according to customer specifications.
- Operate Wrap Heat Tunnel Machine.
- Must be able to operate Ink Injector and Tape Machine.
- Stacking cases onto pallets according to specifications.
- Performing rework and inspection on the product.
- Completes necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on-time.
- Ability to be cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks.
- Work on a continuous flow production line.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow direction.
- Awareness of quality standards and ability to identify defects in products.
- Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets.
Qualifications:
- Co-Packing or Warehouse experience is not required but preferred.
- Experience using WMS software a plus (Synapse preferred).
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database is a plus.
Education and/or Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency.
- Forklift certification a plus.
