Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, providing expert advice and personalized solutions.
Lead Generation : Actively seek and identify potential clients through various channels to expand our client base.
Insurance Proposals : Prepare and present insurance plan proposals that meet client specifications and requirements.
Follow-up : Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring their needs are met and updating them on any policy changes or new opportunities.
Compliance : Ensure all sales comply with state and federal regulations, adhering to company policies.
Continuous Learning : Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide high-quality service.
Requirement
Licensing : Active PA Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related industry is a plus.
Communication Skills : Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer-Focused : A strong desire to deliver exemplary service and build lasting client relationships.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage several accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
