Financial Analyst (Mon - Fri 8:00AM - 5:00PM)

RK Logistics Group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be Ad-hoc driven initially, we are integrating 10 brands into a larger entity and need a self-starter to figure things out. This role will play a key part in providing data-driven insights, optimizing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will leverage their financial expertise to assist in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

· Drive Ad hoc analysis to integrate diverse e-commerce and pharmacy business units

· Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to management.

· Standardize reporting of different entities on a monthly and annual cadence.

· Create and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.

· Build a short-term cash model to determine the profitable path forward for e-commerce brands.

· Assist in the integration of various logistics companies into RK.

· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills needed:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

· 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.

· Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.

· Experience with financial reporting tools

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

· Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

· Effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.

· Experience with QuickBooks, Cargowise, Alteryx preferred

· Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite

Desired Skills

· Experience in logistics, supply chain, semiconductor industries and/or

e-commerce

· Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools.

· Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools.
