Job Title: Quality Project Lead – Creative Team (Ag & Turf)
Major Purpose:
The Quality Project Lead is responsible for proofreading creative assets and leading the proofing process to ensure high-quality written content. This role plays a vital part in verifying stakeholder-requested changes before materials are released or published and ensures that all creative assets are reviewed and approved in a timely manner to maintain project schedules.
Major Duties:
- Collaborates with creative leads, writers, and designers to support marketing objectives through high-quality digital, video, and print advertising.
- Proofreads marketing and advertising materials to identify and correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style errors, while confirming the accuracy of stakeholder-requested edits.
- Manages a comprehensive four-round proofing process (two internal, two stakeholder review rounds).
- Distributes proofs to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Facilitates simple revisions and coordinates with content and creative leads on complex changes.
- Tracks proof statuses and communicates next steps to the creative team.
- Follows up with stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and project progression.
- Delivers high-quality work with attention to detail and deadline adherence.
- Onboards new team members and coaches existing staff on quality standards and best practices.

- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when comparing proof versions.
- Ability to manage deadlines and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (e.g., 1,700 proofs and 6,000 comments reviewed in the past year).
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong decision-making skills based on available data and context.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word; working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and other creative/business software.
- Familiarity with the full range of creative production, including print, digital, video, photography, and illustration
