What are the responsibilities and job description for the ILMT/Bigfix Engineer position at RK Management Consultants, Inc.?
Key Responsibilities:
- Getting a new client server connected and upgrading ILMT and BigFix to current versions.
- Provide tier-2 or tier-3 support for issues related to ILMT and BigFix.
- Identify and resolve incidents, such as license tracking discrepancies or endpoint management failures.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including patching and upgrades for both ILMT and BigFix.
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting the integration between ILMT and BigFix.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and patches to ensure that both ILMT and BigFix are running the latest versions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to ILMT and BigFix functionality.
