Senior Client Service Associate

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and being a key player in a dynamic team? As a Client Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting firm's clients and Wealth Advisors with essential administrative and operational assistance.

In this role, you'll prepare for client meetings, maintain regular client contact, and manage client information within our CRM system. You'll also collaborate with other professionals to coordinate solutions and assist with finance-related tasks. Additionally, you'll lead client onboarding and handle day-to-day service needs to ensure top-tier support.

Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a business-related field
• 5 years of experience in a client service role, preferably within financial services
• Series 65 license (or a willingness to pursue additional certifications)
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• A strong passion for financial services, with exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• A keen eye for detail, especially when maintaining client data and preparing reports
• Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable, able to work independently and deliver results
• Highly organized with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• A background in HR or compliance is a plus

Core responsibilities include:

• Supporting client meetings by preparing reports and maintaining client files and documentation
• Proactively maintaining regular client contact through the CRM system and managing day-to-day client needs
• Leading the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth experience
• Assisting the operations team with quarterly billing and administrative processes
• Utilizing the CRM system to help balance workload across multiple clients and keep client information accurate and up-to-date
