We are seeking a Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at the Great Falls Clinic Hospital. As a valuable member of our staff, you will provide high-quality care and exceptional service to our patients.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position with 36 hours per week, working a 12-hour day shift with some weekend coverage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care, with experience working in an ER setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers high-quality patient care, utilizing sound clinical judgment and technical expertise.
- Communicates effectively with ER Physicians and/or Mid-level providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Works cooperatively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor's of Nursing degree and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), preferred.
- 2 years ER experience required.
- Current MT State RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
