Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans under the direction of Providers and Acute Care Director.
- Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure effective patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Requirements:
- RN nursing graduate required.
- No minimum experience requirement.
- Med/Surg Nursing experience preferred.
- Pediatric Nursing experience preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Montana RN Licensure required.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification to be completed within 6 months of hire.
