Job Details

Responsibilities:
- Nursing visits and assessments
- Evaluations and patient education
- Safely administering and accurately documenting immunizations and medications
- Reviewing lab results and determining next steps for care
- Triaging walk-in patients and those over the phone
- Providing patient education on medication, asthma, healthy eating, and wound care treatment
- Performing mental exams and purified protein derivative (PPD) testing
- Conducting functional assessments and vision screenings
- Responsible for quality control of vaccine fridges, crash carts, and oxygen machines
- Overseeing ordering and inventory of medication and vaccines
- FOLLOWING OSHA STANDARDS
