RKA Recruiting-Permanent Positions seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to assume the role of House Supervisor, overseeing nursing services for residents. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to direct the daily activities of nursing assistants and LPNs.
The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of medical asepsis, body mechanics, and personal care of residents. They must be willing to maintain a thorough understanding of State and Federal regulations, as well as institutional policies and procedures.
In addition to supervising staff, this RN will administer medication, treatments, and monitoring as ordered, reporting resident responses. They will also review care plans with NAs, update resident condition, and notify the RN Supervisor of significant changes.
Apart from their clinical responsibilities, the successful candidate will communicate with immediate family and department heads regarding resident transfers, document weights and vital signs, and clean treatment trays daily.
