Physical Therapist - $33-59 per hour

Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Duration : Ongoing 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Staff PLEASE NOTE : IF YOU HAVE APPLIED TO COMMON SPIRIT WITHIN THE LAST SIX-MONTHS, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY HERE AND REACH OUT TO THE HOSPITAL DIRECTLY Physical Therapist candidates will need the following : Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy required Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, preferred Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist required BLS through the American Heart Association required Dry Needling Certification or Education preferred Only required if performing the Dry Needling function : Dry Needling Certification or Education. Physical Requirements-Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and / or up to 20lbs frequently, and / or up to 10lbs constantly. This Pelvic Floor specialist role works 5 eight hour or 4 ten hour shifts. We are looking for a minimum of 1-2 years of pelvic floor experience.
