About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional knowledge, skill, and professionalism in providing respiratory care services to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality respiratory care services to patients, adhering to hospital policies and procedures as well as AARC standards of practice.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
What We Offer:
We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including a commencement bonus of up to $20,000, a student loan repayment program of up to $15,750, and a relocation bonus of up to $17,500 for candidates relocating beyond 100 miles.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or equivalent experience.
