Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy and current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- BLS through the American Heart Association is required, with Dry Needling Certification or Education preferred.
This role involves exerting up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly.
