We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Mattoon, Illinois.
About the Role:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery.
- Providing clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift.
- Leading and supervising the health care team during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates bed and patient care assignments during shift and in preparation for the next shift.
- Pursues required knowledge and skills through orientation activities and unit-based in-service programs.
- Establishes effective working relationships with peers, physicians, and other members of the health care team.
- Analyzes assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnosis, problems, and issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Illinois.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
