Install heating and air conditioning equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standardsWork after hours and occasional weekends and holidays as requiredProvide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfactionDemonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and perform regular manual laborUse basic computer skills to access work orders and other informationLearn by observation and hands-on experience to improve installation techniquesFollow routine verbal and written instructions to ensure consistent work qualityCommunicate effectively with coworkers, management, and customers to address concerns and provide updatesStay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques in HVAC installationInspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements to ensure optimal performance and safetyJob requirements
2 Years of HVAC installation experienceHVAC degree (EPA) or equivalentValid local drivers license with an acceptable driving recordAcceptable background recordStrong customer service skillsStrong mechanical aptitudeFamiliarity with HVAC wiring diagramsAbility to handle physical workloadStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsRequires the ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands / fingers, reach, talk, hear, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouchWillingness to be on rotational On CallAbility to work overtime (weekends)Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbsPosition may require travel to and from field sites to monitor the status of multiple projectsMust be authorized to work in the US.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
