The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
Serving the clients by expertly servicing customers entire needsWear floor savers while in the clients home and maintain a neat work area when performing a repair or scheduled serviceAlways explain to the client what service you are performingExplain and show the client how the company provides superior serviceInstall, maintain, modify, and repair heating and cooling systemsInspect and test components of systems to ensure they are operable and safeConduct heat loss / heat gain calculations to determine the proper size system for a homeUnderstand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goalsEstablish rapport with clients to sell the right products and servicesRe-check all repairs and installations after youve repaired or replaced it, before leaving the clients home to ensure everything is working properly and the client knows how to operate the system properlyPerform a proper inspection of the clients entire HVAC systemLook for ways to prevent future breakdownsProperly use the Pricing GuideExplain the club memberships to the client, giving them an opportunity to join.Maintain an average conversion of at least 25% of non-club members and maintain a 90% renewal rate on existing club membersMaintain your truck so that it is neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times (The truck is one of the best billboards that the company has. Park the truck for the maximum impact of the billboard when possible)Obey the company Code of Ethics and the Team RulesMaintain a clean, organized job siteAlways be safety conscious both on the job and while drivingParticipate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreatsJob requirements
2 years of residential HVAC experience (required)EPA License (required)Self-starter, reliable, and flexible with hoursStrong customer service skillsMust pass random drug testingUnderstanding of the current regulations within the fieldExcellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical levelAble to work both independently and as part of a teamGeneral knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe useMaintain a valid drivers license and acceptable driving recordDemonstrable knowledge and skills for HVAC installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of systems and equipmentMust be able to climb ladders andcrawl in attics andtight spaces and lift up to 50lbsMust be authorized to work in the US.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
