As a Team Leader, Human Resource Information System, you’ll lead a team focused on the configuration and strategic vision of HR technology systems, support the technical implementation of organizational initiatives, interact with teams from around the company and promote system and business best practices.

Lead and mentor your team on performance, production, and day-to-day tasks.
Help strategize and manage system configuration and administration to support organizational initiatives.
About You
1 year of management, leadership and administration experience.
3 years of experience in system configuration and administration.
Bachelor’s degree in a supported field, computer science or a related field.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Workday expertise as a core requirement.
Familiarity with HR Applications such as ServiceNow, Cornerstone or Saba is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills & Qualities
Demonstrated ability to balance business needs and system requirements to guide team strategy and decision-making.
Strong mentoring skills to support team development and performance.
Expertise in configuring and administering Workday systems in multiple modules.
Experience in configuring other systems like ServiceNow, Cornerstone or Saba.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering system and business efficiency.
