What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Leader, Stock Plan Administration position at RKT Holdings?
As a Team Leader of Stock Plan Administration, you’ll lead team members in your respective business unit.
About the Role
- Manage day-to-day execution of stock plan administration for the company, including new grants, vesting events, and ESPP purchases
- Own relationship between the company and external partners
- Ensure highest levels of accuracy and compliance in all data and processes
- Understand technologies to define requirements, train team members and identify/correct issues (technologies to include Workday and Morgan Stanley equity platform)
- Demonstrate proficiency in company leadership expectations
- Implement process improvements (ex: automation, adoption of AI) to improve efficiency and effectiveness of time spent
- Manage internal resources for stock plan education for team members and equity recipients to promote understanding of rewards
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of stock plan administration experience
- Experience managing equity and ESPP plans on behalf of public company
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of stock plan administration experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or certification in a related field
- People leadership experience
- Experience using Morgan Stanley Stock Plan Connect and Shareworks platforms
