Responsibilities:

• Handle organic daily inbound mortgage leads
• Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
• Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
• Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
• Customer service experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in email
• Focused and dedicated to achieving results
• Comfortable in a high-paced environment

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Experience in sales, 1 years (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
