Plating Technician - Lincoln, NH 03251
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)
2nd Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm (Monday - Friday)
3rd Shift: 11pm - 7:30am (Monday - Saturday)
Pay - $19.75-$24.25/hr (Depending on Shift)
Weekly Pay on Fridays
Requirements:
- Must pass a Drug Screen
- Must pass a Background Check
- Must be able to Stand, Lift, Stoop and Bend throughout the shift.
- Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
- STEEL-TOE SAFETY BOOTS ARE REQUIRED!!!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Loads and unloads tote pans of parts, stacks parts in baskets, racks and/or barrels, racks, unracks, cleans, etches, desmuts, pickles, bright –dips dyes, degreases, heat treats, plates, coats, wet processes and dries parts.
- Uses electric hoists and manual lifting.
- Fills baskets, racks, and/or barrels with parts to be processed and lowers material into appropriate tank.
- Removes parts when the process is completed.
- Maintains cleanliness of tanks and work areas.
- Monitors temperature of solutions.Maintains daily production logs.
- Physically inspects processing to ensure quality of product.
- May be required to perform general utility work, material handling, assist with chemical handling and solution maintenance and record keeping as needed.
- May be asked to troubleshoot simple to moderate problems.
- Is responsible for the quality of product produced.
- Lifting up to 50lbs
- Performs other duties as required.
