Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals facing various psychological challenges. The Clinical Psychologist will work with diverse populations, including those with disabilities, PTSD, and other mental health conditions, in both individual and group settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Offer crisis intervention services when necessary.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated with advancements in psychological research and practices.
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervised clinical experience (recent experience).
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological assessments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical practices and continuous learning.
