Duties

- Collaborate with project team and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
- Utilize software tools such as B2W and Bluebeam to create detailed take-offs and pricing.
- Review and analyze bid documents, contracts, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve competitive bids.
- Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular meetings and review progress and address any challenges.

- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using estimating software, particularly B2W, Bluebeam.
