RL Liquidators is hiring for Managers In Training for our That's Cheap" location in Sacramento.

Hours of operation are:
Schedule may vary - Sunday - Saturday, 9:00am - 7:30pm - Full-time (40) hours per week with possible overtime.
Managers in Training will be required to be available during the above hours.
Duties:
Management of approximately 5-15 employees
Overseeing Team meetings
Delegating tasks to employees effectively and efficiently
Ability to fill in for employees as needed
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Ability to utilize a forklift if needed
Ability to resolve customer relation issues
Ability to resolve employee workplace issues
Additional duties as needed
How to effectively enforce the Terms of Use to customers if conflict arises
How to encourage teamwork in the workforce
How to perform basic Computer skills
Salary and benefits will be discussed at time of final interview.
