We’re searching for a Lehi, UT based Service Desk Analyst to join our Computer Information Systems team for a 6-month contract to provide hands-on assistance with the IT integration project of our Social Climb acquisition, while also providing technical support to our North American employees. The Service Desk Analyst will ensure Service Desk calls are logged, tracked, and managed in order to provide first-class technical user support for our internal employees.

Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to our North American employees while logging all service actions and incidents into ticketing systems

  • Interact with Social Climb employees on-site to assist with integration of systems and migration of data

  • Escalate calls to internal and external support when necessary to ensure resolution of inquiries

  • Communicate and interact with internal clients in order to help resolve IT related issues and provide answers within a timely manner

  • Engage in new starter and leaver processes while working with departmental heads to ensure systems are updated accordingly

  • Prior experience in managing multiple Service Desk tickets simultaneously while executing strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
