As the Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Project Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Program Management Office, USA.

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound vehicles.
- Purchase, track part orders, consumables, and tools.
- Assist in leading the planning and implementation of projects.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project tasks and resource requirements.
- Assist with the development of full-scale project plans and manage project budgets.
- Plan and schedule project timelines.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Provide direction and support to the project team.
- Constantly monitor and report on the progress of projects to all stakeholders.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Direct work experience in project management, project coordination, or purchasing.
- Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Proficient in project management software and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively operate and communicate in a multicultural environment.
- Technical or Business degree.
- Critical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Influencing, leading, and decision-making abilities.
- Teamwork, adaptability, and stress tolerance.
- Familiarity with automotive (OEM) specifications; specific Ford knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work on the shop floor environment as needed.
- Flexibility to work up to 10 hours per day and occasional Saturdays.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Demonstrated proactive approach and strong work ethic.
