We are looking for skilled Design Engineers to assist our customer's studio team. The Design Engineer will support surface development for the Interior and Exterior Surfaces
Responsibilities :Deliverable must be designed in context to interfacing vehicle parts (carry-over, new and modified) and meet surface design tolerance and surface quality requirements.Deliverables must be based on surfaces that have obtained required Appearance approvals and have been confirmed by Design and Release Engineering to be production feasible.Submit CAD data updates to the OEM customer for review and released in Team Center at a minimum of once per week. CAD data may be submitted for review more frequently as milestone deliverables dictate. Data can be submitted more frequently by SUPPLIER as changes / updates are made.CAD data uploaded in TeamCenter in the form of a light weight Class A surface data file. Client Design Technical Operations (DTO) group will provide the TeamCenter part number to be used for data release. SUPPLIER will be responsible to follow the release protocol, including quality Q-Checker report attached to product structure.Provide C3PNG data structure compliant with customer Product Information Management procedures.Create, publish and store data consistent with Client methods and prescribed release deliverable schedule.Mark all data “Secret” and adhere to customer confidentiality, security policy and practices.Qualifications :1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Design, or related field.
2. Proven experience working as a Design Engineer, in a studio environment (minimum of 5 years' experience)
3. Proficiency in C3PNG, and Teamcenter
4. Strong understanding of design principles and engineering concepts.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
