RLE International USA is seeking a Seating Design Release Engineer to join our team with a focus on automotive seating design. The primary responsibility of this role will be to oversee the release of seating designs for our automotive projects.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in automotive seating design.release engineering
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and design software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop seating designs that meet project requirements.
- Ensure seating designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve product performance.
