RLE Technologies is currently searching for a full-time Cable Assembly Technician. Join a locally owned business with over 35 years in the industry!
Responsibilities Include:
- Follow procedures to correctly build, assemble, test, package, and label finished cable products and prepare them for shipment.
- Access inventory management systems to pull daily orders, production schedules, and inventory components.
- Build orders to stock for upcoming production.
- Assist shipping personnel with pulling product to fulfill daily orders.
- Conduct routine housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and orderly work area.
- Participate in structured training program, and eventually serve as a training mentor to others.
Basic Requirements:
- Previous production, manufacturing, or assembly experience
- Cable assembly experience
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal work instructions and follow standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- PCB inspection/repair experience preferred but not required.
- Valid CO driver’s license preferred but not required.
Physical Demands:
- Repetitive motion of the hands, wrists, and fingers.
- Occasionally lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Frequently remaining in a stationary position including standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Frequently moving about to accomplish tasks.
- Frequently communicating with others to exchange information.
- Occasional use of machinery and/or power tools.
- Constantly assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned.
- Occasional travel to Golden, CO.
Status: Full Time
Hours: We are open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F. Work schedule is flexible within our hours of operation
Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on experience
