Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at RHG Healthcare. As an integral member of our Production department, this individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process in the Press and Bindery departments of our Windsor, NJ facility. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and five to ten years of related experience in operations management within the printing industry, preferably pharmaceutical printing. A strong understanding of printing, folding, and cutting processes, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), is essential.
